I love Mountain Dew. There's just something about that sweet syrupy nectar that brings great joy to my heart.
Apparently, I am not alone. The vending machine at work ALWAYS sells out of Mountain Dew at record rates. This time, it sold out ONE day after our friendly vending machine man refilled the machine. I don't get it. I think he needs to swap out the 7-up for an extra Mountain Dew. It would truly make my life more peaceful and joyous. Mountain Dew is the one indulgence I allow myself in the soda world, and so this diet drink is simply not making me happy.

Just an update for you all...the vending machine is once more stocked with Mountain Dew. I have consumed two today (against my better judgement). I need an extra long work-out tonight.
mmm Mountain Dew!!! Its been forever since I've had a drink of that stuff. . I think perhaps over 2 decades?!
I don't know if this is true, but I hear that its exceptionally highly caffeinated.
I have a friend who called it "liquid sunshine" in college because it helped him study late at night.
yeah, it's high in caffeine alright. but i do so love it.
