BBAW Guest: Pamela Binnings Ewen

To My Friend Amy, and Bloggers everywhere:

Imagine, if you will, a writer sitting in front of a computer alone and pouring her heart into each word of a book day after day, month after month, year after year, with no assurance that anyone will ever read it. Then try to imagine not only holding the book in your hand when it’s published, but finding that people actually know that it exists, that pictures and reviews and wonderful, witty comments about the book are all over the internet, posted by bloggers from every part of the globe. This is such a gift to every writer! I thank each and every one of you for what you are doing for the world of books and for writers, and with special thanks to my new friends on the web who have read The Moon in the Mango Tree or Walk Back The Cat and helped me get the word out to readers. Together you have created an explosion of interest for reading that has changed the entire industry. I, for one, LOVE YOU ALL, each and every one.

Pamela Binnings Ewen

Pamela Binnings Ewen is the author of The Moon in the Mango Tree, one of my favorite reads of the year! You can read my review here. Pamela has generously donated two AUTOGRAPHED copies! This giveaway is open worldwide! I also have several bookmarks that Barbara gave me, so send me an email with your address if you are interested.

What a nice note Pamela wrote! Amy, you put the "awe" back into awesome! I can't even imagine how much hard work you put into this week. I've discovered so many new-to-me blogs and learned so much, not to mention that my TBR list is so long, it's starting to curl at the ends! Thank you for all you are doing!
