October 30th=Vampire Day

I wanted to do something for Halloween on the blog, but there's not much about Halloween that I really get into, and also...it can't involve too much work. ;)

I do love vampires, though! Vampire stories are so rich in possibility, conflict, sorrow, redemption, etc.

So we'll have vampire day here!

To participate, all you need to do is write a post on your blog about vampires--your favorite vampire (from books, movie, or tv), some vampire history (I actually did do this for a research paper once), or something more creative. I'll have a Mr. Linky up and we can all have a wonderful vampire appreciation fest!

Feel free to spread the word...I know not everyone that reads this blog loves vampires so it might be nice to reach those who would have fun with this!

GREAT idea! I LOVE vampire stories. Anne Rice all the way! Of course Stroker's is classic...

I am so psyched about this! I have been thinking about this since I read it this morning...especially since I am in the middle of Twilight right now. It has definitely piqued my vampire interest. I will be posting over at Write for a Reader. Can't wait for all the fun!
