I opened my door this morning and what to my wondering eye should appear but.....SNOW!!!!!!
This is the first snow I have ever seen in California. The last time I experienced snow was Tokyo when my Aussie flatmates went nuts over it.
It was a strange sort of snow, but snow nonetheless. I actually had opportunity to use those nifty gloves I bought in St. Louis. Yay!

cool!!!!! We have none. . . we've hardly had so much as a dusting of snow this winter. weird even for Southern Ontario. We are usually quite snowy.
I DID wonder about you buying those gloves! I'm glad you didn't have to wait too long to put them to use!
