Perfect yellow and maybe with just a bit of green on the edges. Crisp. I don't like mushy at all! (but I know who does....but I won't out them)
Unfortunately, it's quite difficult to find them like that. And if you buy a bunch, they just don't stay that way for long.

ReplyDeleteOh, go ahead, Amy! Tell us about the banana eaters! Well, I will! BTW, I prefer a few SPOTS, not the mushy, near-full-brown ones. Those ones are for baking purposes only, or to make a nice addition to a compost bin :-)
